What you're buying
Each E2 outcome is a defined finished result, described on its page: what you provide, what you receive, what counts as done, and what's not included. That page description, plus the summary shown at checkout, is the agreement for your order.
Price and payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars, one-time, shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order: by card or PayNow through our payment provider, or with E2 Credits you bought earlier (see how E2 Credits work). E2 starts work once payment is confirmed.
Your part
- Send material you have the right to share, within the stated file limits.
- Don't send passwords, credentials, or anything illegal, abusive or that would require E2 to give regulated advice.
- If E2 asks for one thing to finish the job, respond within 14 days; otherwise E2 may close the order under the refund policy.
E2's part
- Complete the result to the stated "done" criteria, or tell you plainly when it can't.
- Never silently substitute a different or partial result.
- Flag anything uncertain rather than guess.
- Handle your files under the privacy policy.
What E2 doesn't do
E2 organises, extracts, cleans and compares what you send. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice, and a comparison or summary is not a recommendation. Decisions based on a result are yours.
If something goes wrong
See the refund and unable-to-complete policy. E2's liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where Singapore law does not allow that limit.
Office PC speed-up (ProFix Helper)
This section applies to the Office PC speed-up outcome only. It is delivered by ProFix, an E2 product operated by the same Singapore company as E2, and it sits on top of everything above.
- Your consent. Running the ProFix Helper on a PC and typing the 9-digit pairing code is your consent to remote access to that PC. The code works once and lasts 15 minutes. The operator code you type next, and the three boxes you tick, record your authorisation for that session. Run the helper only on a PC you own or are allowed to change.
- Stop at any time. You see every step, you can skip a step, and the Stop button ends the session. Anything changed up to then was done from a restore point.
- Access ends. When the session ends, access is revoked, the helper removes itself, and you receive a revocation certificate. A human never connects to your PC: an AI chooses the steps from ProFix's fixed, pre-approved list of actions.
- What we never do. We never open or delete your personal or business files (Documents, Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, OneDrive and the like); never touch antivirus or other security software, user accounts or firmware; never touch payment or login pages; and never install or run anything outside that list.
- Price and refund. The price (S$55 per PC) is prepaid here on GoE2, one order per PC, to be started within 30 days. Not fixed = no fee: if a session does not end in a fix you confirm, or you do not start within 30 days, we refund the amount to your E2 Credits. See also the refund policy.
- Liability. Our liability for this service is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where Singapore law does not allow that limit.
- Your data (PDPA). ProFix reads settings such as start-up items, installed programs and disk space, logs each action, and may keep screenshots; ProFix keeps that log and those screenshots for 30 days as evidence only, then deletes them. GoE2 sends ProFix only your order number. The name you type in the helper is kept in that evidence record only, and is never shown publicly. See the privacy policy.

Turnaround
"Usually ready within" times are typical, not guaranteed. If a job is taking longer, your order page says so.
Operator and law
E2 is operated by E2 (SylverTide), Singapore. These terms are governed by Singapore law. Contact: [email protected].
