Clear price

Every ready-made job shows a fixed one-time price in Singapore dollars before you upload anything. No credits, no subscription, no "from" pricing. For something you Tell E2 about, you see the quoted price before paying. If a job is outside the stated limits, E2 tells you first.

Clear finish line

Every ready-made job lists what counts as done and what's not included. A quoted job gets its own agreed finish line. E2 checks the result against that definition before marking it ready, and shows you the evidence.

Your files aren't the product

  • Files are used only to understand or complete the job you asked E2 to handle.
  • They're stored on private storage with no public web address. Every download goes through your private order link.
  • They're deleted 30 days after completion. You can delete your uploads earlier from the order page.
  • E2 staff access files only to do the job and check the result, and that access is logged.
  • E2 doesn't sell your files or personal data, doesn't use them for advertising, and doesn't use them to train AI models.
  • Where a job needs it, files may be processed by approved software or AI processors, solely to complete that job and under privacy and no-training terms. Never through personal or consumer AI accounts.

Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider on their secure page. E2 never sees or stores your card number. Your receipt comes from the provider and the order page shows what you paid.

If E2 can't finish it

E2 asks for the one thing that's missing, or refunds the order. E2 does not hand back a partial or substituted result and call it done. Refund policy

Your order, your link

Each order has a private, unguessable link sent to your email. Treat it like a receipt: anyone with the link can see the order and download the result. If you want all your jobs in one place, My E2 sends a one-tap sign-in link to your email.

What E2 won't take on

Medical, legal, investment or tax decisions; passwords or credentials; identity documents; anything illegal or abusive. E2 may decline a job and refund it if it turns out to fall in these areas.
