How it works
Start with what needs doing, not the name of a service. You bring the nuisance. E2 brings it back finished.
1. Give E2 the problem
If a ready-made job fits, choose it and send what you have. If it doesn't, tell E2 what needs doing in ordinary words. A file, a few details or simply a description is enough to start. No account, no password.
2. See the deal before you pay
Ready-made jobs show the price, what you'll receive, what counts as done and what's not included before payment. For anything else, E2 replies with the price and finish line, a useful question, or an honest no. Nothing quietly turns into a bigger job.
3. E2 handles it
The method is E2's problem, not yours. E2 uses the right mix of software, AI and people where needed, while your order page shows meaningful progress:
- Received: E2 has what you sent.
- Working on it: the job is being done.
- Checking the result: E2 checks the work against the stated "done" criteria.
- Ready: download the result.
If E2 needs one thing from you, say a clearer photo of one receipt, you get an email and a simple way to add it. Your order stays open; nothing starts over.
4. Get the finished result, with evidence
Done isn't a decorative green tick. Every job has its own finish line. For one spreadsheet cleanup, the evidence might show:
- 1 file received
- 45 exact duplicates removed and listed
- 312 dates made consistent
- 3 uncertain items flagged
- Cleaned file opened and checked
Another job would have different checks. Anything E2 was unsure about is flagged for you, never guessed.
If E2 can't finish it
Then E2 says so plainly, asks for the missing piece or refunds the order. E2 never quietly hands back something different from what you bought. Refund policy.
