Your files stay yours.
GoE2 sends ProFix only your order number. Your email and name never leave GoE2. On the PC, the helper reads settings (start-up items, installed programs, disk space) and logs each action; ProFix keeps that log and any screenshots for 30 days as evidence only, then deletes them. Privacy policy
An AI chooses the steps from ProFix's fixed list; a human never connects to your PC.
About 15–25 minutes once you start, while the PC is not in use. You can start any time within 30 days of paying.
What if it isn't fixed?
Not fixed = no fee: if the session does not end in a confirmed fix, or you don't start within 30 days, the S$55 is returned as E2 Credits automatically.
Can I stop it halfway?
Yes — the Stop button ends the session; anything changed so far was done from a restore point. A stopped session counts as not fixed and is refunded.
Do you see my files?
No. Documents, Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, OneDrive and your other personal or business files are never opened or deleted. The helper reads settings such as start-up items, installed programs and disk space, and logs each action. A human never connects to your PC.
What does 'Unknown publisher' mean when I run the helper?
The helper is not yet digitally signed. Windows SmartScreen shows 'More info' → 'Run anyway'. The download page lists the SHA-256 fingerprint so you can verify the file.
I have 6 PCs
One order per PC. After the first fix, use 'Fix another PC' on the order page.
Why do I need to sign in?
So that, if the fix doesn't work, the refund can land in your E2 Credits without anyone having to find you.
