Questions people ask
When does the pass start?
When you redeem the link on Creative Refs, not when you pay. Then you have Pro for 365 days. An unredeemed pass does not run down.
Already subscribed on Creative Refs?
You don't need this. A pass never shortens or extends a paid subscription, so it adds nothing while your subscription runs.
Which account gets Pro?
The Creative Refs account with the email the pass was bought for: your order email, or the Creative Refs account email you gave. Sign in with that address, verify it, then open the link.
Can I add a second pass?
Yes. A second pass adds its days after the first, up to about a year of Pro at a time. If it would go further, Creative Refs shows the date you can activate it from.
Does it renew?
No. It is a pass, not a subscription. Buy another one to extend.
What about refunds?
