I built most of it with AI and now I'm stuck
This is the normal shape of AI-built projects. The first part goes fast and the last part does not, because every new change risks breaking something that already worked. More prompting rarely fixes that. What helps is stepping back: say what "finished" means, find the one thing that is really blocking it, and decide whether it needs a fix, a finish or a fresh start.
What to check
- Write one sentence that starts "It is done when". If you cannot, that is the real blocker.
- List what works today and must not break.
- Name the single thing that stops you launching. Ignore everything else for now.
- Save a copy or a version before letting the AI change anything else.
- If the same fix has failed twice, do not ask for it a third time.
Hand it over when
- You have spent longer on the last part than on everything before it.
- You cannot tell whether it needs fixing, finishing or rebuilding.
- You no longer trust what the next prompt will break.
- It has a deadline.

Questions people ask
What do I send E2?
A link to what exists, what you wanted it to do, and where it stops. Screenshots help. No passwords.
What happens next?
A person looks at it and replies with a fixed price, a useful question, or an honest no. Asking costs nothing.
Will E2 tell me if it should be rebuilt?
Yes. If finishing what exists would cost more than starting again, E2 says so before you pay for anything.
