Every readable file you sent is accounted for in the list.
Successfully read documents appear as one row each.

Questions people ask
Can I send a ZIP, or one PDF with many invoices inside?
Not at the standard price. The packs count one invoice or receipt per uploaded file, so E2 can price and check the job fairly. For a ZIP or a combined PDF, tell E2 how many documents it holds and we will quote it.
Do photos of receipts work?
Yes, as long as the text is readable. If a photo is too blurry, E2 tells you which one and asks for a clearer copy instead of guessing.
Will E2 decide which expenses are claimable?
No. E2 lists what the documents say. Classification, GST claims and bookkeeping decisions stay with you or your accountant.
What about invoices in different currencies?
Each row records the currency printed on the document. E2 does not convert amounts.
What if E2 cannot complete it?
E2 will either ask you for the one thing that is missing, or refund the order. E2 never quietly hands back something different from what you bought.
How long do you keep my documents?
30 days after the job is done, so you can re-download the result. Then they are deleted. You can delete them earlier from your order page.
