Questions people ask
Will E2 tell me which quote to pick?
E2 shows you what is actually different and summarises the trade-offs against what you said matters. It does not declare a winner unless you give clear criteria.
The quotations use different item names. Can E2 still compare them?
Yes, where reasonably possible E2 aligns like-for-like items. Where it cannot be sure, it says so rather than forcing a match.
Can I paste the quotation text instead of a file?
Yes. At intake there is a "Paste a quotation" box; use one box per quotation. Pasted text counts the same as a file.
What if E2 cannot complete it?
E2 will either ask you for the one thing that is missing, or refund the order. E2 never quietly hands back something different from what you bought.
How long do you keep my files?
30 days after the job is done, so you can re-download the result. Then they are deleted. You can delete them earlier from your order page.
