Your file is used only to complete this job. It is stored privately, never sold or used to train AI, processed only by approved tools for this job, and deleted 30 days after completion unless you delete it earlier from your order page. Privacy policy

Questions people ask
Will E2 change my original file?
No. E2 works on a copy. Your original file is returned exactly as you sent it, and the cleaned version is a separate file.
What if some data is unclear?
E2 flags it instead of guessing. You get a short list of the rows or cells E2 was unsure about, so you can decide.
Can I send CSV as well as Excel?
Yes. CSV and Excel (.xlsx) are both fine. If you have an older .xls file, save it as .xlsx first. Tell E2 which format you want back.
What if E2 cannot complete it?
E2 will either ask you for the one thing that is missing, or refund the order. E2 never quietly hands back something different from what you bought.
How long do you keep my file?
30 days after the job is done, so you can re-download it. Then it is deleted. You can delete it earlier from your order page.
